Suileja Housing Estate, Niger State – Coming Soon!
Legacy Homes and Properties, Ltd recently signed MOU with Niger State Government, represented by the General manager, Niger State Housing Corporation to construct 1000 housing units in Suleija, Niger State under Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
The 1000 Suleija Housing Estate shall be delivered in three successive phases: Phase one consist of construction of 150 units of 2 bedrooms bungalow and 200 three bedrooms bungalow effective July 1st, 2011 making a total of 350 units. It shall be the same for the second phase and the third phase shall be completion of the 300 two bedrooms.
