Construction Schedule

The overall plan includes no more than 120 houses when the project is completed to ensure that the locality is not congested. Whereas we offer about six different designs, we are flexible as far as the house designs are concerned. If you do not like any of our designs, you have the option of either modifying the existing designs or ask us to design your own house to meet your specific requirements.

The development will be phased over nearly 4 years, averaging about 20 houses per year.

This will include plotting lots and offering them for sale to potential homeowners.

Road network. Civil-engineering work. Planting ornamental trees and Landscape architecture.

Q Block:
8 numbers of three bedroom and 4 numbers of 3 bedroom semi-detached

P Block:
14 numbers 4 Bedroom Bungalow

Q Block:
14 numbers of 4 Bedroom Bungalow

K Block:
16 Numbers of 4 Bedroom Duplex Standard

L Block:
10 Super 5 Bedroom Luxury

M Block:
72 numbers of 3 Bedroom Standard

N Block:
Town houses

The commercial development and recreational facilities will come later in the development.
